MINUTES OF THE MEETING

DISTRICT 6

July 30, 2015

Meeting called to order with the Serenity Prayer at 6:30p.m. at Edgewood Community, East Lansing.

Present: Ron A., Tim C., Don W., Ron H., Katie L., John B.

The Minutes of the June 25^th Meeting approved as submitted.

Treasurer: $2,303.72 on hand. Report approved

Committee Reports:

• CPC – continuing with Cooperating with the Courts project. Slow but steady interest and interaction. Commitment to neutrality and sharing. Renewed commitment to getting flyers out to groups.
• Special Needs – Need volunteers. Discussion of increased screening of requests for meetings.

Area 32; Don and Ron will attend. Don will try to get a date in the end of September from Kirk for a workshop to feature the Delegate’s Report to District 6.

New Business – will include an overview for the Concept correlating to the month of each meeting. Will add same to the agenda format.

Old Business – Meetings will change to the last Wednesday of the month beginning in August. The next meeting will be on August 26^th at Edgewood.

Meeting adjourned at 8p.m. with the Lord’s Prayer.
